This entry is a combination / blend reference describing two compounds studied for growth hormone secretagogue effects: CJC-1295 (a GHRH analog - see the separate CJC-1295 with/without DAC entries) and ipamorelin (a synthetic pentapeptide GHRP / ghrelin-receptor agonist).
